We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to oversee one of our Ofsted supported accommodation services in Hillingdon.As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of accommodation provisions, ensuring that people we work alongside receive person-centred, trauma-informed support in a safe and welcoming environment.You will lead and develop a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and motivation to ensure they can effectively support young people in working towards independence. A key part of the role will involve working in partnership with external agencies to ensure the people we support can access the services they need. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred support and experience working with young people.
