Who we need

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate and proactive Behaviour Team Leader to help drive forward our inclusive, trauma-informed behaviour support strategy. Based at the heart of our college community, you’ll lead a team of Behaviour Coaches and play a vital role in supporting students facing behavioural challenges; ensuring timely, consistent and restorative responses that keep learners engaged and thriving.

You’ll work closely with curriculum teams, Safeguarding staff, and external agencies to ensure our provision reflects national guidance and meets the real needs of our diverse learners.

What you’ll bring

You’ll need a strong understanding of behaviour in the context of education and safeguarding, with a proven ability to support learners in challenging circumstances and drive a positive team culture.

You’ll also bring:

· A confident, person-centred approach to behaviour management

· Experience working with students with complex needs or in crisis

· The ability to manage a team, handle caseloads and drive timely interventions

· Skilled communication and confidence managing sensitive conversations

· Knowledge of safeguarding processes and inclusive practices

· High levels of organisation and resilience under pressure

· A strong commitment to student welfare and inclusion across college life
