Following Saga’s recent announcement to partner with Ageas in early 2026, you will guide a cross-disciplinary development team, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into actionable deliverables, with timelines driven by the overarching programme.While your primary responsibility will be Scrum leadership, you will also serve as a Business Analyst when needed—crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria to drive successful implementation. The role will report into the delivery lead for Marketing & Digital and will be supported by the delivery lead for Technology.We offer flexibility over where you work – you choose a place where you feel most comfortable and productive, either from home or in one of our hubs.
