Adobe Campaign Consultant – 12 month FTC Salary £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)   12 month FTC Hybrid - London Here at Saga, we are looking for an Adobe Campaign Consultant. This role will drive and deliver implementation of data-driven marketing for Saga Personal Finance across email (and digital channels) using the Adobe toolkit and supporting analytics. The key focus is to drive engagement and demand for our portfolio of personal finance solutions to achieve Saga Money commercial objectives through the delivery of effective data-led campaigns through Adobe Campaign, with a good understanding of integration of multiple data points to create and deliver automated campaigns through the Adobe suite, primarily through Adobe Campaign. This is a key role in the successful delivery of Saga’s strategy and in meeting ambitious growth plans for Saga Personal Finance. We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. In this team we work mainly from London and tend to have a pattern of at least twice a month in the office. There may also be occasional travel to our Folkestone office. We believe exceptional work deserves even more exceptional rewards, that's why we have put together an amazing benefits package for all colleagues.BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL COLLEAGUES:25 days holiday + bank holidaysOption to purchase additional leave up to 5 extra daysPension scheme matched up to 10%Company performance related annual bonus - Up to 5%Life assurance policy on joining usWellbeing programmeColleague discounts including family discounts on cruises and holidaysRange of reductions and offers from leading retailers, travel groups and entertainment companiesEnhanced maternity and paternity leaveGrandparents leaveIncome protectionAccess to Saga Academy, our bespoke learning platformMain ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and Implementation of CRM campaigns for Saga Money (to introduce Saga Money solutions to existing and prospective Saga customers):Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, ensuring campaigns are automated, optimised, and data-driven.Build trigger-based email journeys and customer lifecycle workflows, integrating data points for timely and effective communications – including nurture and nudge communications, journey abandonment journeys, and more.Work closely with the Marketing Acquisition Lead to design and execute CRM and retention strategies. Ensure end-to-end campaign execution from audience selection and creative briefing to deployment and performance tracking with Adobe campaign/analytics. Analyse campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, reporting on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates that will inform future recommendations on contact strategy.Utilise Adobe Target to conduct A/B tests and optimise customer engagement. Ensure marketing automation processes align with data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including data analysts, and the wider CRM community, to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals and are consistent with the wider group contact strategy.  As the go-to email data & workflow expert within the marketing team, ensure campaigns are carried out to a high standard and delivered on time. This includes adhering to best practice when it comes to CRM marketing, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ICO, GDPR, PECR) to ensure communications are compliant with all requirements, including the Financial Conduct Authority. Proactively working with the wider Saga Money team, wider Marketing Community, and Group Data teams to share learnings, ensure best practice is being applied, with a focus on constant improvement & problem solving.The Ideal CandidateAt least 3 year’s experience of Adobe Campaigns (desirable) Proven track record at working with Adobe Campaign to a highly proficient level.Proven experience in creating and deploying Adobe Campaign activity - Adobe Campaign & Analytics.Track record of performance and delivery in a B2C marketing role.Proven ability to work with new and emerging technologies to deliver change and improvement.Self-sufficient and able to work independently at a paceA flexible approach with a willingness to accept additional responsibilities.Highly numerate with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, with a good understanding of data and how to harness it to optimise marketing KPIs.Able to create the new, rather than adapt the existing, particularly when it comes to designing and creating customer journeys. Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously – highly organised with great time management. A good knowledge of regulatory frameworks across email and electronic communications, with a preference for an understanding of financial services compliance guidelines as well. Saga Values: Make it Happen, Do the Right Thing, Customer First, Excellence Every Day, Our People Make Us SpecialAbout The CompanyOver the past 70 years we have become the UK's specialist provider of products and services to people aged over 50 in the UK.
