Right now, we are looking for a Children and Families Worker to play a pivotal role in our Domestic Abuse Service in Croydon.Sounds great, what will I be doing?This role focuses on supporting women and their children through a strengths-based approach, building positive relationships to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing support plans, advocating for families, and assisting mothers with parenting skills. The role also involves delivering educational and recreational play sessions during term time and planning holiday activities. A key aspect is supporting families experiencing domestic abuse and ensuring children's voices shape the service through creative engagement.
