Agile Coach
Outside IR35 - Hybrid working - London / Peterborough
UK's number 1 financial services company who are helping millions of consumers save money and make better financial decisions are seeking an Agile Coach to guide and mentor their teams helping them evolve to consistently deliver high customer and business value using Agile scrum framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will lead and influence the Ways of Working Guild, ensuring that a consistent framework is applied across all mission squads.
* You will collaborate closely with team managers, mentoring them to develop the skills and confidence to lead their teams effectively through Agile practices.
* You will drive the team from their current maturity levels to high performance, aligning with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience:
* Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with a history of guiding teams from inception through to mature Agile practices in a technology environment.
* Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and principles.
* Hands-on experience with JIRA.
* Ability to coach teams in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement techniques.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with multiple teams at different stages of Agile maturity.
* Experience in coaching teams through transformations, with a focus on improving ways of working and achieving business outcomes.
Must be willing to work from London and Peterborough office locations.
