Share sensitive information with care and support inclusive communication methods like Makaton and PECs.Clinical Leadership & CareDeliver and lead high-quality nursing care, including complex procedures. Conduct holistic assessments, respond to emergencies, and guide families in managing health needs — always upholding dignity and respect.Service CoordinationOrganise nursing support to meet changing needs. Step in for the Clinical Team Leader as needed and help shape services through team input and planning.Training & DevelopmentLead training for school staff, mentor student nurses, and foster professional growth within the team. Support a culture of continuous learning and reflective practice.Governance & QualityContribute to audits, service reviews, and policy development. Ensure care aligns with best practice, safeguarding guidance, and national standards.Resources & RecordsManage clinical resources and maintain clear, accurate records.
