Our Compliance team play a crucial role in providing assurance to the Senior Leadership team and the Board, that the Skipton Group are meeting FCA regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on the fair treatment of customers. In this role, you’ll be completing reviews on a diverse range of topics across the various business areas within the Skipton Group.  Your responsibilities will include:Researching and understanding risks and expected controls for the respective teams of the review.Embracing feedback and oversight to continuously improve your work.Compiling your findings into comprehensive reports.Collaborating with colleagues throughout all stages of the review process.Your insights will help shape Skipton Group’s processes and procedures, making a positive impact on both our customers and colleagues.What Do We Need From You?We would love to hear from you if:Experience: you have recent experience in a similar Compliance Monitoring or Audit role, gained from working in Financial Services.Qualifications: you hold your Certificate in Mortgage Advice (CeMAP) or equivalent qualification and/ or are working towards.Customer Focus: you have a passion for achieving the right outcomes for our customers.Risk Management: you have an ability to identify risks and assess the effectiveness of controls.Collaboration: you have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence colleagues across the business and
