Taking responsibility for the daily enquiries, you will be the first point of contact for general HR queries, using policies and procedures for guidance and escalation to the HR Advisor as and when required.Responsible for the HR Support mailboxAssisting with Occupational Health referrals, welfare calls and the administration processesSupport employee relations such as advising managers on current policies and assisting employees in understanding heir benefits and entitlementsSupport senior HR team members during performance management cycles whilst maintaining documentationContributes ideas to improve and enhance HR processes, practices and employee engagement initiativesParticipate in HR projects and initiatives, supporting implementation and change managementSupport payroll process by collating timesheets, absence data and other payroll related documentationDesign and deliver training courses when requiredApplications are welcome from applicants who:Minimum GCSE level 2 including English and Maths (Grave 4/C or above)CIPD Level 3 QualifiedBroad HR administration background and experience of working within a HR departmentExperience in first level advise using policy and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTo Apply:If you have a genuine passion for supporting and uplifting others, your outstanding future at Autism Anglia could be moments away.
