If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're on the lookout for a talented Office Manager to join our bustling team in Wolverhampton WV9.

As an Office Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, including contractors, at the site, you ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome and is appropriately registered and managed throughout the facility. You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage and maintain all aspects of the facility, prioritising health, safety, and security requirements. You'll liaise with EHSS and Maintenance teams to address issues promptly and supervise external contractors, such as cleaning and catering providers, while also overseeing the induction process for new employees. Taking charge of employee engagement initiatives and communications within the site, you'll organise events, disseminate information, and foster a friendly environment. Additionally, managing onsite employee facilities, office stock, and various operational aspects, like office space allocation and waste disposal, falls under your purview. Your role also involves coordinating meetings and supporting IT with access control, all while seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in facility management.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent

Office Manager Requirements:

* Previous experience within a similar role
* Experience within a Manufacturing / Engineering environment would be beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with a diverse range of people.
* Great organisation, planning and multi-tasking skills, the ability to manage multiple and diverse projects.
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety working practices is beneficial.
