Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a CAMHS Senior Clinician specializing in PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) Complaints to fill a locum role in Worcester. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic CAMHS team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert clinical assessment, formulation, and treatment to children and adolescents experiencing mental health difficulties.
* Lead on managing and resolving complaints received through the PALS system, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care delivery.
* Provide consultation, guidance, and support to colleagues on complex cases and complaints resolution.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

* Qualified and registered mental health professional (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, CAMHS Nurse, CAMHS Social Worker) with substantial experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
* Extensive knowledge and experience in managing and resolving complaints within a healthcare setting, preferably within CAMHS.
* Strong clinical assessment, formulation, and treatment skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting service improvement.
