As a Band 5 Community nurse you will work with the friendly team in 7 day service, working within the hours of 8am-8pm. Shifts are as follows: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm.

Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Nurse you will care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better. You will put to use your strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.
The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for Band 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and license to practice, to join our community nursing team. 

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
