Salary: £45k - £65k + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be handling a diverse range of pest control tasks, including rodents, insects, and some mammals.
This role involves significant travel within the technicians local area.
Duties:
- Execute pest control treatments adhering to BPCA Best Practice Codes.
- Service contractual agreements at predetermined intervals, ensuring continuous work and income.
- Follow safety protocols strictly, including wearing protective gear.
- Generate personal leads with an enhanced commission structure.
- Manage appointments and customer interactions professionally.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar role.
- Own a Berlingo-sized van and ladder from the start.
- Willingness to travel for job assignments.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, especially during peak seasons.
