Embroidery Specialist - £38/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire - 12 Months (potential to extend)

Position Description:
An embroidery specialist is required to work with our Automotive OEM to create robust embroidery designs with physical, prove-out samples for low volume and bespoke production.
Skills Required:
- Embroidery digitising
- Experience of DG16 Tagima software
- Experience of creating artwork, stitch paths, stitch types to meet a brief.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience of all aspects of machine and handsewing, preferably durkopp experience.
- Previous experience of working with leather and automotive textiles.
- Knowledge and familiarity of interior soft trimmed automotive parts and their assembly
Experience Required:
- Experience of digitising artwork to generate physical embroidery samples.
- Working knowledge of hand embroidery.
- Ability to be able to read and follow rendered designs, CAD drawings and colour call outs.
- Experience of threads, textiles, leather variants and materials suited to the automotive industry.
- Knowledge and experience of safe working practices adhering to H&S policies.
- Able to communicate effectively to other members of staff and senior management
Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
