Key Responsibilities:Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all timesCarrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requestedEnsuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered toCompleting all necessary reports in line with company documentationAccess / Egress controlKey Holding responsibilitiesControlling and monitoring access to the carparksAdhering to policies and procedures at all timesGeneral refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on siteProvide a high standard of customer serviceBe polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethosHave a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
