As our Accounts Payable and Support Administrator you will play a vital role within our Finance Shared Service Centre team in Harrogate. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to maintaining our financial processes at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for preparing and inputting all non-Softco invoices to the ledger in an accurate and efficient manner and as appropriate. In addition to this you’ll ensure that incoming post (including electronic mail) is opened on receipt and that all invoices are scanned with the results validated in ReadSoft in a timely manner. You will be responsible for processing expenses, credit card and petty cash returns accurately and in a timely manner as well as providing support to all areas of the Accounts Payable team as directed and if necessary. All this activity will assist in the review of key supplier accounts to enable us to offer the best service possibleFinally being an integral and valued team member you will build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, suppliers and other Accounts Payable team members alike.
