We are looking for Youth Sessional Workers who can deliver engaging and fun activities for children and young people in various areas such as:
* Gym
* Sports Hall
* MUGA
* Arts and Crafts
* Media
* Performing Arts
* Recreational Area
* Health and Wellbeing
* Training Kitchen
As a Youth Sessional Worker, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating the activities, as well as building positive relationships with the young people. You will also need to follow the policies and procedures of the organisation and ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
Salary: �15.12 per hour
Hours: Saturday Evenings 16:15 - 21:45.
To be successful as one of our Youth Sessional Worker, you will have:
* Face-to-face activity delivery, working with young people both in groups and individually
* Experience in delivering a range of activities to young people within your specialist area
* Experience in supporting young people who are disaffected, underachieving, and/or have social/emotional barriers to participation
* Experience working in a team and alongside volunteers
* Understanding of issues affecting young people's lives
* Willingness to work unsociable hours
