This magnificent Rosette Hotel property in the stunning Surrey countryside are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join their talented Kitchen Team.
You will be expected to produce meals to meet the high standards for which the hotel is known for. The hotel also provides catering for conferences and weddings; as a result applicants to this position should be experienced in fine dining as well as volume cooking. This role will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs.

Requirements for this Chef De Partie position:-
NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
Food Hygiene Certifications
Good written and spoken English
A flexible attitude
Restaurant or Hotel Background
Good Communication skills
Good Team Player
A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
