Our client, a leading independent Lloyd’s Broker, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their Financial Lines Division.
The main purpose of the role will be to support the operation of the Financial Lines Division in accordance with Company and/or Group policy and procedures to deliver an effective, timely, technically accurate and profitable service to achieve targets, meet service standards and develop the business. Tasks will include:
• Identification, management and implementation of process and system enhancements
• On boarding of new businesses and teams
• Managing business change
• Operational reporting and recommendations to the Financial Lines Group Executive Team
The Head of Operations will interact with Financial Lines teams and Operations professionals across the Group to ensure that strategies and operational initiatives are implemented effectively.
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you must have Lloyd’s / London Market experience gained in a similar operational capacity.
